we are pulling with a f-150 full size truck..engine i have no clue.
glare ice?? omg i have had some of those trips just not with anything being towed. thank goodness..

these sound wonderful.......
i have made pumpkin pancakes too those are really yummy............
anther way i do it is just patty them with just a bit of brown sugar fry in butter ok low fat butter..kind of like the sweet potato patties in the store....great side dish.
pumpkin freezes well too........

water guns all different sizes......
even setting up a craft table with small projects something simple and not alot of stuff to bring...we did one barbque with a bucket of different size beads and plastic string and they all had a souvie to take home.. DEF. camera for all the pics and then a scrap book of memories.......

Oh my......boy some of my questions are a real doozy.....whether you are new or a veteran we can always learn something new or a different way of doing something......so please keep asking the questions no matter how small it may seem.. u never know who else mite need the same question answered......usually me since i am such a newbie at this whole outdoor thing.........;)

welcome to the site..another WV..yippie
i plan on doing both with the family..and in WV i am learning about some wonderful places to visit and it will help on those $$ gas prices..
and one day i plan on getting on the caravan with sisters on the fly..would love to do that..
camping and scamping opens up great adventures ahead........

thankyou..it's just a 1975 tag along camper from the ground to the top she is 7.5 ft ht...doesn't sway yet that i know of i go like a snail.. not sure of the weight def. not more than a 1000lbs. it just seems like just a hurl of wind would toss her over......will be pulling her with a full size truck.
the rv places said many travel with just a ball and hitch and that's all they had during those years.

yep i hate the steel ones too..just so cumbersome at times. dh made a lightweight wood one with piano hinges so it folds for easy storage. he put the grip shingle paper on it for sliding but i like the carpet idea better going to swap that out.......

wow on our road trip yesterday out to the hunting club i couldn't believe how many tt were sitting in yards all covered in green muck thrown out in the yard just being used for storage or worst......oh how i wanted to rescue and bring them back to life.....at one time i bet they were in their glory at the campsites with their families having wonderful adventures.. now they just sit..The families have gotten too busy, life has just moved on waiting patiently to be noticed AGAIN........

do u use just a hitch and ball
i have been looking for tow bars for my little 12fter.....most i have ran into are to wide for the hitch part. everyone around me are telling me u don't use a tow bar on such a small trailer. just the ball and hitch and the 2 chains.
i just don't feel secure enough as light as it is. what should i look for for a small trailer for safe pulling. thanks
